Credible Leadership
ADAO manages the projects by a team and has the leading role in management and implementation of the projects. Also, ADAO is managed by a Board of Trustees. They are supported by an Advisory Panel comprising of individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise, and a Management Team which comprises experienced professionals working with the ADAO Foundation.
Accountability
ADAO has the accountable to all donors and governmental organizations such as the ministry of economy and other sectoral departments.
Transparency ADAO prepares annual auditing for transparency and accountability of its projects. We will be keeping all project documents if needed for future auditing.
Internal Management Culture: ADAO has board management based on internal management culture.

Staffing Strategies Our Staffing strategies are similar to the other organizations; first, ADAO announces the vacant posts in its notice board, its website and on ACBAR and other job-related websites on the internet, then the CVs will be short-listed. After interviewing with applicants, ADAO hires the candidates based on their Knowledge, Qualifications, and interview results by a transparent selection method.
The initiative of the ADAO leadership team that can implement projected under the goals of ADAO & donor in nine (9) provinces (north of the country) and overall the country. Therefore, ADAO is able to implement especially international donors and agencies (UN, UNICEF, WFP, OCHA) projects with the professional and specialist team in different areas like Doctorate in Management & Finance, specialization in HR, Child protection, Water sanitation & health, Environment, M&E, Education, and professional in strategic management & consulting. On the other hand, the ADAO team consisting of 68 qualified volunteers (34 men and 34 women) has been created who are ready to work with the Organization as a group in all provinces. Fortunately, there are only five (5) teams in Kabul, which includes ten (10) people (5 male & 5 female).
